June 25th is the last day of school for students and staff 2013-2014 Calendar Tahanto Ranked #49 in GoLocalWorcester's Top High Schools in Massachusetts 2013 Ranking Academic Award Winners 2012-2013 The Henry Beston Society Highlights Students' Work After our AP Lit, AP Bio, AP US History and Intro to Philosophy students' presentation to the School Committee on February 27, I shared their project and presentation with The Henry Beston Society, thanking them for all their information about Beston's life, and his classic 'The Outermost House.' Their director, Don Wilding, responded to my email, asking permission to share our students' work through their various resources, including their newsletter, blog, Twitter, and Facebook.

District Announcements Superintendent Meet & Greet Please join the Superintendent, as she will be hosting "meet and greet" sessions in your community. On April 1st, Superintendent Ekstrom will be at the Boylston Town House - Lower Level (559 Main Street, Boylston, MA). Her coffee chat will begin at 2:00 PM. On April 25th, Superintendent Ekstrom will be at the Berlin Public Library (23 Carter Street, Berlin, MA). Her coffee chat will begin at 2:15 PM. On May 1st, Superintendent Ekstrom will be at the Tahanto Regional Middle/High School (1001 Main Street, Boylston, MA). Her coffee chat will begin at 6:00 PM. During these visits, Superintendent Ekstrom would like to hear from the community. Please feel free to ask questions, express concerns, state positives and great stories about your experiences, and provide recommendations for improving our public school system. |
